Boutiques & E-Commerce Website Design
We've built custom websites and brand identities for boutiques and retail shops across Eastern NC, stores like Blair Scott Clothing Co., Southern Roots, and Two Preppy Girls, and we've built Watarigarasu, an apparel brand that sells entirely online.
Retail is an image business, and we're an image business. It's a good match. If your store looks better in person than it does online, that's a problem we know how to fix. If your store only exists online, the site is the whole store, and we build it that way.

The Receipts
Built for stores people fall in love with
Boutique owners get sold the same bad website constantly. A cookie-cutter template with your logo dropped in the corner, product photos crammed into a grid that flatters nothing, and a checkout half of your customers abandon on their phone. Your store has a personality. Your website should too.
We’ve built the other kind. Blair Scott Clothing Co., Southern Roots, and Two Preppy Girls all run on custom sites we designed around the way boutique customers actually shop: on their phones, from an Instagram post, in the thirty seconds between things. Design that matches the store, product presentation that does the clothes justice, and a path from “cute” to “purchased” with as few taps as possible. No matter your point of sale system, we can build a site that works for you.
For Watarigarasu we went further, building a WooCommerce store from scratch where the hero, the product cards, the cart, and the checkout all belong to one brand. Custom identity, custom widgets, print-on-demand fulfillment, live shipping rates, and express checkout, live from day one.

How We Solve It
What we actually build for boutiques and online brands

A brand before a website
Blair Scott Clothing Co. came to us for the whole package: logo, brand identity, and the website to carry it. that order matters. A boutique's site should feel like walking into the store, and you cant get there by pouring a brand into a template. We design the identity first, then build the site that belongs to it.
The tech behind the counter, connected
We've integrated Square point of sale and inventory systems directly into boutique websites, so that what sells in the store stays accurate online, and we've built on WooCommerce and other e-commerce platforms when the store called for it. Your website shouldn't be a second store you have to manage. We wire it to the one you already run.
Product presentation that earns the price tag
Boutique inventory isn't a commodity product, and it can't be presented like it is. Big imagery, room to breathe, and layouts that flatter what you sell. The same eye we put into brand design goes into how every product renders on the screen, because that's your real storefront window.
A store with no counter at all
Watarigarasu has no storefront, so the website does everything: identity, catalog, checkout, fulfillment. We built the brand from the kanji wordmark up, then a WooCommerce store on custom widgets, with a catalog organized by collection, type, and fit, product cards that reveal the artwork through the mark, and a checkout styled to match. Orders print and ship on demand with live carrier rates. If your brand lives online, this is the build.
Our website packages start at $3,000, with most E-Commerce sites landing between $5,000 and $10,000 depending on what the business needs: number of pages, branding work, and whether we're building custom online shopping. Every site is designed from scratch around your stores personality.
Both. We've built full online shopping on WooCommerce and other platforms, and we've integrated Square point of sale and inventory systems so the website and the register stay in sync. If you sell in person, online, or both, we build the version that fits how your store actually runs.
Yes, and you should ask every designer this before hiring them. We map your existing pages, keep or properly redirect the URLs Google already ranks, and rebuild from there. Your rankings are an asset. A redesign should grow them, not gamble them.
Small stores are most of who we work with. Eastern North Carolina retail isn't department stores, it's owner-run boutiques where the person answering our texts is the person who picks the inventory. Our packages are priced for exactly that store.
Yes. Hosting, maintenance, updates, and changes, we handle all of it. Our E-Commerce and boutiques don't file support tickets, they reach out to us directly. You run the store, we run the website.
That's the entire point of custom design. We start with your brand, your space, and your customer, then build a site that feels like your store instead of a template wearing your logo. If we're also doing your branding, like we did for Blair Scott Clothing Co., the whole identity gets designed as one piece.
We're based in Eastern North Carolina, so local shops get us in person. But retail sites travel well, if your boutique is anywhere in the country, the process works just as smoothly by phone and screen share.
Where we work
Eastern North Carolina's boutique web designer
We’re based in Eastern North Carolina and we build for the shops that give this region its character. Kinston, Greenville, Goldsboro, New Bern, Wilson, and everywhere between, if your storefront is in eastern NC, we’re close enough to come see it, because seeing the store is half of designing the site. And when the store is online, the address doesn’t matter. We build for boutiques, retailers, and e-commerce brands nationwide.
